This is a very special Father’s Day episode with my dear friend and fellow coach, Paul Sahota.
I’m very grateful to know Paul. He’s one of those people who I feel like I’ve known my whole life, despite us meeting at the beginning of this year. Since then, we’ve gotten to know each other well, working closely together and sharing many deep conversations about life and business. Today I can say with conviction that Paul exemplifies what it means to be a good man and father.
In this episode, we deeply explore fatherhood, including Paul’s relationship with his own father, the processing of that loss, and his experience raising a son diagnosed with autism. We also explore Paul’s work supporting fathers to improve their health, and what he’s learned as he’s navigated his own health challenges over the years. Simply put, this is the perfect episode for Father’s Day.
Paul Sahota is a certified Health Coach and the founder of ReHealth Dads, which helps dedicated fathers rebuild their health through small, achievable wins that restore confidence and self-trust.
You can learn more about Paul by subscribing to his Substack, where Paul dives into the core challenges and topics that fathers face, and checking out his website, where you can book a complimentary Win Streak Strategy Call.
As a bonus, check out this video interview on Youtube, which features Paul discussing how he keeps healthy as a dad for his son with autism. We referred to this video in our conversation together.
I rarely ask anything of my listeners, but I will ask this: Please share this episode with the fathers in your life, as well as any parents of children with autism. They will benefit from Paul’s message and experience.
